Floretta Itala Grand Prix Car

This 1908 Itala Grand Prix car is one of three built under Alberto Balocco to compete in the 1908 French Grand Prix, this car is known as 'Floretta' and had a slightly longer chassis than the others two racing cars produced.

Itala designed and built a new inline four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 12.045 liters of engine to meet racing specifications, the engine produced approximately 100 hp, power was transmitted via a 4-speed gearbox and a chainless transmission system.
