DAF 2200 DKD

The DAF 2200 DKD marked an important step in DAF's development as a manufacturer of medium-duty trucks. The truck was equipped with the DAF DD575 engine, a 5,8-liter six-cylinder diesel engine that was later replaced by the 8,25-liter engines in the F220 series. Depending on the version, power ranged from 163 to 210 hp.

The truck was available in various configurations such as box trucks and tractors, and could be equipped with various bodies such as open bodies, closed bodies or as a fire truck.
