Chevrolet Corvette C3
The C3 featured a new body and interior, but the chassis and engines were carried over from the C2. The design was by Zora Arkus-Duntov and Bill Mitchell and was once again inspired by a prototype, namely the Mako Shark II. The C3 was also available as a convertible and a coupe. The coupes had a removable roof, allowing them to be used somewhat like a convertible. This was called a T-top. With the C3, a new tradition began of regularly releasing special editions of the Corvette. This tradition was continued on later models after the C3. The Chevrolet Corvette presented here has been extensively restored in Germany. It was imported into Germany in 2001 with a mileage of 98369 km. The car also received a repaired gearbox. Subsequently, it was restored in 2004 for 28.000 euros. At that time, it was also painted in Frost Blue, a beautiful, very light blue color. A fantastic Corvette!
