This amazing find of 4 brand-new 2CVs is by now well known to our followers. At the former German Citroën dealer Grötzinger in Stuttgart, we bought one new 2CV with only 570 km, and we came home with 4 of them. According to Herr Grötzinger senior, he had managed to secure the last 4 examples available at Citroën Deutschland Köln in 1991. Two were driven home, and two were transported. Upon arrival, all 4 were rust-proofed and stored two by two in 2 garage boxes underneath the parking garage of a building complex, kept dry and out of direct sunlight. Recently, Senior and Junior decided together to free 2 of them from their dark position and get them running again. The other 2 remained parked and were retrieved from the garage by us.
