Fiat Ferves Ranger
Perhaps the cutest off-road vehicle ever built, the 1968 Ferves Ranger is now for sale with us. This little oddity with its delightful styling was first unveiled at the Turin Motor Show in 1966 as an unusual and typically Italian version of the compact off-road vehicle. Designed by Carlo Ferrari, the name 'Ferves' is derived from the abbreviation Ferrari Veicoli Speciali ('Ferrari Special Vehicles'). After its introduction, Ferves would produce only 600 Rangers, ensuring it would never become an everyday sight. This model is reportedly one of the approximately fifty known survivors. The Ferves presented here is painted in the typical yellow color and is two-wheel drive. This car is in perfect condition and drives, shifts, and steers great. The bodywork looks top-notch and it has new tires. A beautiful little off-road vehicle with an original Fiat engine for the true enthusiast of a small but relatively strong car.
