Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution
The Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution is an off-road competition car based on the Mitsubishi Pajero. It was specifically designed to participate in rally attacks with the primary goal of winning the Dakar Rally. In addition to the versions produced exclusively for competition use, Mitsubishi manufactured a street-legal version from 1997 to 1999 to homologate the Pajero Evolution for the T2 class of the Dakar Rally. This Pajero presented here is originally an automatic and also features a lever to switch from four-wheel drive to two-wheel drive. The engine is a 3.5-liter 24-valve DOHC V6. The interior is fitted with two genuine Recaro seats. There is an electric winch at the front and a tow bar at the rear. A very strong 4WD SUV for the discerning man or woman. Approximately 2500 street-legal examples were produced. The car we are presenting has had a Dutch license plate since 2016, making it attractive for import by other EU countries.
